The device performs milling with a diameter of 35mm for 18mm chipboard / MDF hinges.

 The device consists of:

 1). Main body L containing
 -A "V" sign in the center of the piece, for positioning (if the stops are not used)
 
 2). Body  Interchangeable "  A "  which contains:
 -1 8mm / 10mm / 12mm bushing to guide the cutter tail (depending on the cutter used by you) - Avoid stepper cutters! - But if you still want to work with a step milling cutter, the length of the tail must be at least 30mm on the same diameter, after which there may be a thinner step to catch in the vise of the drilling machine.
 
 3). " B " Interchangeable Body Containing:
 - 2 2mm or 8mm bushings (blum hinges) for drilling on the hinge on the chipboard door
 
 4). Interchangeable body " C " containing:
 - 2 bushings of 2mm or
 - 4 bushings  of 5mm  (long or wide blum hinges) for drilling on the grip  hinge body on the other chipboard plate

 5). Vise-type clamping body

 3). Side stopper, which can be positioned at distances of  100mm and 118mm from the center of the template
 
 * The distance between the edge of the chipboard and the tangent to the milled hole is 5mm (can be modified on request)

 * The parts are made by 3D printing from hard plastic

 Additionally you need:
 - 35mm cutter
 - Depth limiter (optional) - GIFT!
