Modular EV jig for furniture - carpentry. Used only for 18mm chipboard

 The package contains:

 1). Main Corp.
 - 4 guide bushes with 8.1 mm collar for drilling in the installation of wooden plugs (2 on the board and 2 in the edge) at a distance of 30mm from the side of the template and 50mm from the center of the template
 - 2 side stops at a distance of 80mm from the center of the template
 - A template for tightening the template on the chipboard with two taps
 - A "V" sign in the center of the part, for positioning (if the stops are not used)

 2). 3 Bodies for milling and drilling for the removable MINIFIX-15 with 24mm and 34mm rod and wooden plugs (blue parts)
 - Body A with:
 -1 15mm bushing for milling the eccentric minifix-15 hole (for 34mm rod)
 -1 5.1mm bush for the minifix-15 rod mounting hole
 -Body B with:
 -1 15mm bushing for milling the eccentric minifix-15 hole (for 24mm rod)
 - Body C (cant) with:
 -1 8.1mm bushing for the minifix-15 rod passage channel hole

 3). 2 Bodies for milling and drilling for the removable Blum and wood plugs (brown parts)
 -Body A with:
 - 1 25 mm bushing for milling the hole of the Blum eccentric
 -Body B (edge) with:
 - 1 5.1 mm bushing for the hole of the detachable rod

 4). 2 4.5 or 5mm drilling bodies (optional) for joining L-plates (green parts)
 - Both parts have 4.5 or 5mm bushings (optional) for Ericsson / Eurometric screws.
 - These together with the drilling for a wooden plug with the help of the bushings on the Main Body can join two chipboards in L.
 - The plumbing operation for the Euroscrew head is not done with the help of the template!

 5). A body that performs 35mm diameter milling for hinges
 -1 8mm / 10mm / 12mm bushing to guide the cutter tail (depending on the cutter used by you) - Avoid stepper cutters! - But if you still want to work with a step milling cutter, the length of the tail must be at least 30mm on the same diameter, after which there may be a thinner step to catch in the vise of the drilling machine.
